Ariel Shaker-Brown is the program coordinator for the MENA Partnership for Democracy & Development. Before joining the Tunis team, Ariel worked as the program assistant for Foreign Policy and Civil Society in the German Marshall Fund’ s Washington, DC office. As program assistant, she was responsible for organizing numerous high level events and international conferences. Ariel received her Bachelor’s Degree in Government with a minor in Arabic from the College of William and Mary in 2011. While at William and Mary, she spent 6 months studying at the University of Jordan in Amman.
